All perfumes are handcrafted in small batches. Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Scent perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical to its description on every skin type.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, imagery, branding, and fragrance names — is the property of Randel Parfums. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Randel Parfums is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects resulting from product use. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists prior to purchase.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Texas.
