How it started

My journey into perfumery began first as a collector. I became deeply drawn to vintage, indie, and artisanal fragrances—not only for the way they smelled, but for the stories, materials, craftsmanship, and history behind them. Eventually, collecting wasn’t enough. I wanted to understand how fragrance was actually made. I started simply, blending highly concentrated perfume oils with perfumer’s alcohol. From there, I began purchasing formulas, sourcing individual raw materials, and studying how those materials worked together. Over time, following someone else’s formula turned into creating my own. Today, my fragrances are built from scratch, often beginning with nothing more than a memory, a place, an image, an atmosphere, or a completely random idea that I want to turn into something you can smell.
